Sometimes you don’t need another article or checklist. You need to talk through a decision with someone who understands the realities of clinical work and private practice.

Consultation is offered as one-hour, focused conversations designed to help you get unstuck, clarify your options, and decide next steps with more confidence.

This is not therapy, supervision, or ongoing coaching. It’s a professional consultation centered on judgment, perspective, and practical decision-making.

When Consultation Is Helpful

Consultation may be a good fit if you’re feeling stuck around questions such as:

  • whether to take or leave insurance

  • how to think through documentation or risk concerns

  • deciding who to consult with or hire (billing, legal, accounting, tech)

  • navigating practice transitions or changes

  • setting or adjusting fees

  • managing capacity, burnout, or sustainability concerns

  • responding to an unexpected situation or gray area

  • sorting through conflicting advice you’ve received elsewhere

  • starting a group practice and need to know what changes

  • considering supervising and doing supervisory billing

If you’ve been turning something over in your mind and can’t quite land on a decision, consultation can help create clarity and momentum.
